Take 15 minutes to answer these questions:

  • What was your biggest win last year?
  • Which challenge taught you the most?
  • What one thing would you do differently?
  • Who helped your business grow?

Write down your answers (for real – you’ll want to look back at these at the end of 2025). They’re the foundation for your growth this year.

Your 2025 Vision

Imagine it’s December 2025. What does success look like for your business? Think about:

  • How many customers you are serving
  • What your typical day feels like
  • How much money you’re making
  • Who’s helping you (if anyone)

Turn Your Vision into Action

First 90 Days (January-March)

  • Pick ONE thing to improve in your business
  • Set a realistic money goal
  • List three ways to get more customers
  • Find one tool or system to save you time

Stay on Track

  • Every Sunday: Take 30 minutes to plan your week
  • Every month: Check your numbers (sales, expenses, profit)
  • Every three months: Review your goals and adjust if needed

  • First Hour: Work on growing your business, not just running it
  • Customer Check: Talk to at least one customer or potential customer
