The Neighborhood Community Development Fund’s Annual Luncheon was held at the Hyundai Club at PNC Park on November 13, 2019. John Fetterman, Lieutenant Governor of the Pennsylvania was the keynote speaker this year.
Since NCDF’s inception in 2000, it has provided financing to more than 230 small businesses and strategic real estate projects in Allegheny County. We have increased our loan capital to almost $14 million, continued our SBA Micro Loan program to help start-up businesses, and continued to provide financing for residential and commercial real estate development projects in local neighborhoods. Since our inception, we have provided financing totaling more than $25 million.
We work closely with neighborhood and business leaders to insure we are investing in job-creating businesses and strategically important real estate development projects that are consistent with a broader local revitalization strategy.
We recognized several key partners who have done much to reinvest in our region’s neighborhoods. We had more than 200 business, governmental and community leaders gather for this important event.
